Interview process started off with a webcam interview where questions were flashed on your screen and your answer recorded. Then there were a series of phone interviews with the college recruiter, and then a couple of the hiring managers. Everyone I interviewed with seemed happy at the company and the purpose they found in their work at SVB was evident.
