Phone interview, then computer test pre-screening candidates for ethics and rule out tendency for conflict/violence. Then once offered position orientation 1wk taking 40 exams online. Then about 1 wk orientation going out with case manager. Was suppose to be 2 wks but 1 employee suddenly quit and I was quickly thrown into working with a heavy caseloads of patients.
