I applied online. I interviewed at Simmons Bank (Little Rock, AR) in Jul 2017
Interview
Had a phone interview with someone from corporate HR. He was impressed, and passed my info to the hiring manager. That interview was the hiring manager, a district manager, and someone from corporate. The branch - hiring - manager let me know right off she was not impressed by her attitude. She said not a word in the interview, but gazed out the window. The other two talked to me about the company, asked very few questions, and thanked me for my time. I am a retiree trying to reenter the workforce, and I think I will be encountering this a lot.
