Interview process was very straight forward. I had the phone screen about a month after I applied for the job online then was scheduled for an in person interview on site. I met a few members of the team. Everyone was so nice and the interview was very laid back. I've been in banking for 18 years so I was very comfortable with all of the work related questions. The manager cared about personality fit as well which I appreciated. I met with a few of my peers and everyone was nice. The bank is growing rapidly. Background check is rigorous and includes a drug test.
