Interview
The process started with an online numerical test. I didn’t manage to finish it, but it was good enough to move forward to the interviews.
The first round consisted of two interviews: an Excel case followed by a traditional case interview. The Excel case was in French.
(For Excel, they seemed to prefer INDEX MATCH over VLOOKUP)
During the second case, the interviewer was very nice and encouraged me to ask plenty of clarification questions. I ended up failing it because I asked too many questions haha, oopsie!

I had 3, 1-hour long interviews with different people. 2 with senior consultants and the last with a director. The first was more heavy on the social aspect, with a 30 min case. The others were much shorter on the behavioural side.

Processo nel complesso abbastanza lineare, ho applicato tramite il portale poi mi hanno fatto fare un colloquio conoscitivo e 2 casi di market sizing abbastanza semplici (ci tengono tanto a vedere come ragioni)
Went straight into case study without any behavioral questions or discussion with the interviewer. Average interview/ difficulty but I was just not prepared for the layout since it was my first consulting interview.
