Das Bewerbungsverfahren bestand aus zwei Gesprächsrunden. Die erste Runde war ein klassisches HR-Interview mit Fragen zu Motivation, Lebenslauf und Erwartungen an das Praktikum. In der zweiten Runde folgte ein Case Interview mit Fokus auf Marktgröße, Pricing-Strategie und strukturiertem Denken. Besonders wichtig war es, strukturiert vorzugehen, Hypothesen aufzustellen und die eigene Denkweise klar zu kommunizieren.
