Little focus on fit - most of the interview was dedicated to case. 2 rounds - 1st round has 2 interviews, 2nd round has 3. Interviewers are friendly and the process runs smoothly (e.g., there are no problems with flights, eveything is arranged for you)

Standard questions for the fit (behavioral) part - e.g., give me an example of leadership. They didn't probe too much on the answers I gave, probably because there is limited time dedicated to fit and most of the interview is about the case
Step 1 is a cognitive reasoning test, Step 2 and 3 are 2 video conference interviews and then step 4 is 4 more in person interviews with leaders of the office and division you are applying for
