Interview
4 rounds of interviews. 1st: was 15min with HR. Straight forward, usual questions. 2nd: 45min with a senior consultant case+fit on phone. Case was easy but it had a single interesting point I realized that I actually missed during the interview! fit questions were usual. 3rd: 45min phone with consultant. Case was again easy I am pretty sure I nailed the framework/data gathering/math but my recommendation was not great. Actually it may have been even wrong but my supporting argument sounded good. 4th and final: In their office. Mat test, easy but time flies. I was not able to return and double check anything. Then 45 min with a partner. He was great. it was really fun mostly fit but it also had a case without any math. Best part of the whole interview process. then another 45 min with a manager. This was not that great but I was able to finish the case with a recommendation. This followed by another with a senior consultant. I nailed this both case and fit. Then lunch with a consultant. It was casual.

Step 1 is a cognitive reasoning test, Step 2 and 3 are 2 video conference interviews and then step 4 is 4 more in person interviews with leaders of the office and division you are applying for
