Applied through my university recruiting. It was a quick turnaround with my interview scheduled 3 weeks after my resumé drop.
The interview was very straightforward with maybe a minute or two of behavioral questions, then we dove straight into the case interview. The case took about 35 minutes and consisted of some typical pricing questions with the interviewer's guiding about a company's revenue problems. The interviewer used the last few minutes to ask why I wanted to do consulting and why I wanted to work for SKP.
Step 1 is a cognitive reasoning test, Step 2 and 3 are 2 video conference interviews and then step 4 is 4 more in person interviews with leaders of the office and division you are applying for
