Consultant 4 LS
One entire day of interviews, including lunch and presentation of the firm. You will meet 5 different person in total and have 3 interviews of case studies/ fit
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Simon-Kucher (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2021
Interview
Initially it's 1 video recording, then back for 1st round case + 15 behaviorals. Came back a week later for their final round (super day), which was essentially 3 back to back cases with behavioral questions in between, and you do get short breaks. Interviewers are friendly, professional and really, really smart.
The cases are all based on LS product launch, profitability, and pricing strategies. They can be very conversational and the interviewers are ACTUALLY guiding you along the way, which makes the process adequately smooth. Make sure you study for it and really understand the LS market/industry in general. If you think it's too challenging to get the hang of the cases, this might not be the role that fits you. But if you spend time practicing (I personally recommend 20+ cases at least), you can certainly nail it for there are tons of resources online.
