Interview
It was the worst interview experience I got so far. One interviewer was condescending and educated me to be totally honest instead of trying too hard to impress him. I was like ??? I didn't say anything other than introducing myself in 30 seconds and did a case. I actually got my dream offer shortly before this interview day, so I didn't try to impress him at all. The other interviewer judged me based on my long term career goal. I said I might start my own business someday, and she said I shouldn't join the firm if I want to leave one day. I was like??? It's a consulting firm, and people leave after a couple of years, so it's bizarre to hear I'm supposed to devote my whole life to this firm. The other two case interviews went well. Overall it was a really unexpectedly bad experience, given that I had an excellent impression of SKP before.

Step 1 is a cognitive reasoning test, Step 2 and 3 are 2 video conference interviews and then step 4 is 4 more in person interviews with leaders of the office and division you are applying for
