1st round was a CV& Cover letter stage, 2nd round was an online aptitude test. 3rd round consisted short video interview which was standard motivational questions and a few competency based questions. 4th round required a presentation based on a case which was emailed 2hrs earlier with follow up questions after the presentation. This was followed by a few competency and motivational questions. Overall the 4th stage was approx 45 mins but was quite hectic and challenging with the presentation. Didn't get through the 4th round but was a positive and interesting experience overall.
