Interview
I only made it to the first round of interviews. It was a bit shorter than my interviews for other consulting firms. The interview was almost solely the case, and the interviewer's reactions to my responses made it clear she was not happy with the direction I was taking the case. I focused on a pricing solution to the case, which made sense to me, but the interviewer was not happy I was focusing on pricing. I brought up pricing because I had read that that was the specialty of SKP, but my interviewer didn't seem to like that I had centered the case around pricing. I would also say that the interviewer was a bit serious. I didn't get as good of an impression of the company from this interview as I did of other company's from their interviews.

They asked me how I would structure the case, which seemed to be focused on a life sciences company.
Step 1 is a cognitive reasoning test, Step 2 and 3 are 2 video conference interviews and then step 4 is 4 more in person interviews with leaders of the office and division you are applying for
