HR set me up for an initial phone screen that was cancelled 5 minutes before it was scheduled to begin. Later that day was emailed asking if I was available in 15 minutes for an interview. When I was unable to make that appointment we set up another time the following week. At the time of this scheduled interview I sat in the zoom room for the entire length of the interview waiting to be let in by the interviewer. After reaching out to the interviewer via email about 10 minutes in to this scheduled block I finally received a response after the scheduled 30 minutes had elapsed. They stated that a previous meeting had run over. Not a problem. I maintained that I was flexible with my schedule. HR suggested times to reschedule and I responded with my availability. About a week goes by and they finally get back to me stating that the partners have moved on from my application. I can't help but feel that the HR person conducting the initial screening cheated me out of the opportunity to even interview with the company. I understand they probably advanced to the next stage of interviews, but it was the HR persons poor time management that took away this opportunity from me.
