I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Simon-Kucher in Oct 2021
Interview
I interviewed for the Summer 2022 internship position after an online recruiting event at my campus. I received an invitation to a first round interview about a week after the application submission deadline, which was a 45 minute Zoom interview that comprised of a 30 minute case and 15 minutes spent on behaviorals as well as a Q&A session.
The morning after my first round interview I received an invitation to my super day, which took place two weeks later and lasted for 2 hours and 45 minutes. There were three interviews, one with a partner and two with senior consultants, with 15 minute breaks in between. The final round interviews had a very similar format: mostly casing with some time devoted to behaviorals and Q&A sessions. I never felt intimidated throughout the process, and was even encouraged at times when I stumbled in a case. I received the call offering the position 5 hours after my final round interviews.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Simon-Kucher (Atlanta, GA) in Oct 2024
Interview
15 minutes behavioral, 45 minute case that's candidate led. Behaviorals were very basic, nothing hard at all, not scenarios either. Case was about a female reproductive health company that has a product, but there are new emerging competitors and your task is to develop a strategy to beat the competitors. Asked me to calculate just one thing, and provided one exhibit (very very simple), for me to analyze.
