Interview
The process took around 5 MONTHS. After the first round, the recruiter took 2 months to get back with an answer to then ask me to do math test before the final round.
During the final round the guy conducting the case study was all over the place and it was incredibly confusing.
A really bad process… not even MBB is that long of a process. Terrible!
-HR scan then partner interview then hr offer round. Non trad hire. Interview process was fully virtual and I thought it was pretty straightforward. Took about 6 weeks from start to finish.
