Einstieg mit Personal Fit Fragen. Dann wurde ich ewas überrumpelt und mir wurde gesgat ich solle meinne Bildschirm teilen und einen Case in Excel vor deren Augen durchrechnen. Der Interviewer war aber super nett und hat immer wieder Tipps gegeben bzw. den Weg beurteilt.

Structured and standard. Behavioral fit and case interview. First round with manager and final round with director and several partners. The overall process took around 2 months. One of the case interview is more creative and need the interviewee to drive the conversation. Others are relatively standard and conversational.
