Three rounds for Life Sciences in Boston.
1st Round: 1hr phone interview consisting of fit questions and a heavy quantitative case on pricing. Extremely data-driven, requiring knowledge of healthcare market dynamics.
2nd Round: 1hr phone interview consisting of fit questions and a heavy, 2 part, quantitative case. 1st part requires knowledge of breaking down stages leading to drug utilization. 2nd part requires a cost benefit analysis.
3rd Round:
9am - 4pm day
20 minute quantitative test- GMAT Math type questions.
3 Fit + case interviews with Senior Consultant, Director and Partner. Cases were creative and surprisingly qualitative. Definitely unexpected and out of left field. More discussion based and interviewer driven. Really tests your ability to just think.
Lunch with Consultant.
Fit interview with Senior Consultant. Heavy emphasis on fit! If you're not enjoying yourself, it's probably not a good fit. People are extremely friendly, genuine and honest. From first impression definitely not cut-throat and competitive internally. I've seen both models succeed, but you'll be miserable if not placed in the right environment. Good luck!

starts off with behaviorals, really testing if you want to do consulting, then life sciences case, pretty difficult but still manageable. should be practicing casing + behaviorals to do well

first round was a online math test game SHL type tests, which wasn't too hard, second round was a HR interview with someone who didn't say much and very short, asked quite generic questions.

interview was very good the interviewer was including and asked a case. The case was very doable and guidance provided. The behavioral were simple and the case is important. Try to always have strategic thinking.
