Applied online through career website, heard back in a week or two. Set up an in-person interview at the Rockefeller office for the following week. Interviewer very friendly. Since it was an internship interview I felt like a lot of the questions were more general and geared towards me as a person and how knowledgable I was about the company & imprints.
I had an interview with someone on the HR team. I suggest brushing up on behaviorals and researching the company like what books they've published, current events, and functions of each imprint.
The interview process went very smoothly, I heard back within 2 weeks that I got the job. Not many questions were asked from me it was more of an information interview

It was a fantastic interview. It felt like a conversation between like minded people. We talked about our shared interests and love of books. Although I was nervous, I was able to get through it.
