I send out my resume and cover letter and was contacted after Thanksgiving. I met directly with the head of the department. She let me know about the job's role, what was expected of me, and asked me questions relevant to my resume, cover letter, and position. I was later in that week contacted by HR and had a conversion with the Talent's Acquisition person. I was asked why I wanted to work in subrights, my expectations, and my availability. At the end of the interview, I asked her questions. I was contacted next week with good news ---- I got the job!
