Simons Foundation Recruiting Coordinator interview questions

I applied online through Linked In, got an email for a phone interview, passed the phone interview & lastly interviewed on-site. I was interviewed by four different team members who were all nice and asked relevant questions. However, the company said they would reimburse me for travel and overnight stay, but they didn't have me fill out a reimbursement form - even though I only asked for them to pay for gas and tolls since it was a long drive.
