I had a pretty standard interview process. Recruiter call, two task take-home assessment, hiring manager interview, and then two 1-hour interviews with 2 engineers on each call (one focused on the BE and one focused on the FE). Nothing was particularly that challenging, but I was surprised that I needed to do a coding challenge in the last interview, even though we never went over my take home assessment at all. Everyone was very polite, and the process moved at a normal speed. I had good communication with my recruiter as well. I was a little disappointed that I made it to the end but only got a canned rejection letter with no feedback as to why I didn't get an offer. Even something as simple as deciding to go with another candidate would have been better than just "we decided not to move forward with you."
