The first round was a phone screening. And it has been rescheduled since the company was doing some heavy firefighting on that time (Weird?). First they told me something about the company and currently they want to add a QA in their team. The QA Engineer work is mainly to test their phone APP. Once I said I don't have experience on phone APP design but I did projects on blablabla, the interviewer seemed NOT interested in my candidacy any more.
