The hiring manager contacted me for a phone interview. After the phone call, he invited me to the final round. The final round had 3 interviews: one with the manager, one with a group of analysts, and one with the CMO. They asked mostly behavioral questions and some analytical skill questions. They also ask about data analysis projects, which programming languages you use, and basic stats questions. It doesn't matter which tools you know (although knowing more than Excel is an advantage). They mostly look for smart people who can get along with everyone.
