HR screening first, gets a good feedback and scheduled the hiring manager immediately. The hiring manager is very energetic and friendly. Passed the interview with a take-home challenge. The analysis is very interesting and I did a good job. After I submitted the assignment, HR scheduled another video call with the hiring manager and another analyst to go through my case. All good feedback. Finally, HR asked for sponsorship and didn't move forward because of sponsorship. Very disappointed.
