The company does not direct hire. It is mostly hires of P&G staffing which has a bad rep. They do not hire even slightly overqualified employees, they do not as you ask you about yourself in the interview, the "HR "has absolutely no experience, is extremely juvenile and on a power trip

Three years ago, I interviewed at SimpliSafe, and it’s still THEE most uncomfortable interview experiences I’ve ever had.
The interviewer *tried* to take an intimidating approach, and many of her questions felt like traps rather than genuine conversations. She showed me a product description and asked if I thought it sounded good. I answered honestly and said yes, but she reacted negatively and huffed and puffed and said 'you're not going to hurt my feelings, just look harder'.
When I said I could improve the wording, she demanded specifics on the spot, but with such an attitude. The entire interaction felt tense and unprofessional. She seemed VERY disengaged and uninterested in being there.
I never received a follow-up — just SIMPLI GHOSTED
