Design the new quality system, even though you have no idea how we operate, the relationships we have internally and with suppliers, the key players within the organization, and how we manager our 3rd party manufacturers.

Interview
Interviewed with 7-8 people, Great team and thorough and thoughtful interview questions. It seemed like I had talked to everyone in the company before an offer was made. In the end, it didn't work out, but It would have been a great place to work.
Fairly straight forward, multiple rounds, a good fit, was to schedule next round and completely ghosted. Job was open for months later. A simple "We are passing" would be courteous.
