A recruiter reached out to me on Linkedin and we set up a 30-minute call. I then sat for 5 separate virtual interviews that amounted to 45 minutes to an hour each. Some of them were back to back so I had to take time off of work to attend. The interviewers seemed a little confused and two of them mentioned that they don't like the questions that they are told to ask.
The majority of the interviewers have only been at the company for about a month. Most of the questions were fine, although some were difficult to understand as I don't think the interviewer had a good grasp on what they were asking. Overall, the company seems eager to hire, but the process to do so needs to improve.
