Recruiter reached out both in the typical Linkedin fashion and in response to an application I actively sent in. Received both messages on the same day. Interview with him was delayed several times and when we finally spoke he said the hiring manager would reach out to me early the following week to set up the next round of interviews. I had to reach back out after another week to learn that I was actually not moving forward to the next round.
