Lovely experience and very accommodating despite things not working out at the end. Initially applied for Growth Strategy Associate but they found someone/under-qualified so they asked if I'm interested in Partner Marketing Analyst. I said yes so I had a screener with the Director of Marketing Talent Acquisition. She was very transparent and excited about the opportunity/Simplisafe. Mentioned I had another offer due in a week so they scheduled a meeting with the hiring manager (Director) two days later. That went well so they gave me a take-home excel assignment where I have to clean, manipulate, and extract insights from the data and present in a 2-4 slides PowerPoint to the Director I previously interviewed with. Didn't work out because I received a different offer that was closer aligned with my long-term goal. Was also jittery about accepting a tech startup-esque offer during this time of uncertainties (later learned they are backed by Hellman & Friedman so this fear might have been unfounded.)
