Starts with an introductory call with internal recruiting, followed by progressive interviews with 5-6 separate would-be role colleagues, where each presented you with a different challenge question to openly work through so that they can see your approach and process to a solution, in some cases requiring whiteboard elaboration. This culminates in a final 1:1 interview with the hiring manager.
