SimpliVity interview questions

It was a terrible experince. After appliying online, a senior sales manager from US contacted me via e-mail and asked me for my suitable dates over the next week for a phone interview. After i answered him i got an automatic e-mail a day later and saying that i havent been selected ??? So they did not selected me even without interviewing. I send a very kind e-mail about the situation and just ask why they changed their idea or if they made a mistake but no answer.

Interview process consisted of a 30 minute phone interview with the hiring manager, an initial 3 person "technical" interview round with manager level peers and the hiring manager and a final "Full Battery" interview with 3 C-levels. Interview scheduling was done by an admin. Company was not aligned internally on what the position was supposed to achieve and that clearly came out of the C-level interviews. It gave me a great sense of what I would have walked in to. Came away with a good sense i would not want to work there. Scheduling is not their strong suit, be prepared to be delayed or wait in between interview.
