The process was pretty easy, was brought in and finished 3 interviews in a single day which was a little hectic following an initial phone screen. Received offer a few days later.

Asked to read their insurance application that they ask all clients
Phone interview with HR, then an interview (via zoom during Covid) with two supervisors and two others. Everyone seemed to ask different questions. The rep from quality control also did a mock call.
