Got called day after application submission. In person interview with Unit Patient Care Manager, RN Team Lead, Clinical Nursing Supervisor from another unit, as they were actively hiring for CNS. I felt the interview went well and had experience on the unit during clinical placement via nursing school. However, interview team did not want to check my references and did not get back to me regarding the position. When I called to follow up with one of the interviewers, she didn't remember me or the interview at all.
