It is a virtual interview. Interviewed by 2 people, one of them is from the talent team. The interview lasted for 30 minutes. After self-introduction, there are behaviour questions and knowledge question. You will be asked to provide reference if the interview pass.

It went smoothly, and there were 2 interviewers. They asked a few behavioural questions, clinical experiences, examples of a difficult patient, why you decided to be a nurse, and how to cope under pressure.
