I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Singh Management (Rochester Hills, MI) in Nov 2014
Interview
I met one on one with the manager. The interview felt personal, warm, and more so like a friendly meet and greet. The manager tone was very conversational, and upbeat. The community is gorgeous! Definitely had an upscale appeal and if you are a people person and can sell the potential seems endless.
TIP: if you are going for a specific property be sure to know their floor plans, current pricing, community and apartment amenities, pet fees, etc. (That really impressed my interviewer that I made the effort)

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Singh Management (Detroit, MI) in Apr 2016
Interview
Met with two property managers on site and answered questions in a low pressure environment. It was fast, easy and obvious I would progress to the next level. The next interview was regional manager and another site, She was shockingly overly personal and over shared about her personal life and those of the employees in the other office I interviewed at. Very unprofessional. She violated hiring laws with personal questions about my lifestyle etc. It was awkward to say the least.
