Singh Management Real Estate Development interview questions

Asked a lot of repetitive questions and then at the end of the process, asked me my salary expectations. My expectation differed from what the role would pay by 30%. The recruiter told me that they would see if they would be able to move at all on the salary. I said that I would be interested in that and to please let me know. The recruiter then told me prior to the end of our call that was headed into a weekend, that I would be receiving some kind of assessment via email that I had to complete in 48 hours. However, I did not complete the assessment given that I had no idea if the role would pay anywhere near the salary I was aiming for. I didn't hear back from the recruiter for a month. Then I got an email that they wouldn’t be moving forward with my application. Just an all around weird process. Very interested in screening the candidate, but not at all interested in sharing anything about the role they were hiring for.
