Getting past the antiquated HR algorithms was the most difficult. And the amount of time it took to hear back was very long. After already being hired and working in the company for over 6 months, I received emails from HR rejecting my application, that was odd! The interview itself was quick and management responded to all questions and concerns promptly. Once approved by management to be hired, expect to wait several weeks to hear from HR and a week or two in between each stage afterwards.
