The process took 5 days. I interviewed at SiriusXM (New York, NY) in Nov 2011
Interview
The process was definitely very quick. After applying I received a call from HR the next day and had a phone interview. I was then called in to have a one-on-one interview at the office. When I got there, I was actually meeting with two people, not just one and both individuals were very unorganized. The first person I met with had scheduled a meeting during the time he was supposed to be interviewing me, so he was on a call via headset the whole time and would zone out and stare at the wall or the ceiling as I was answering a question or asking one. The other person who interviewed me was unaware that she was going to be doing this, so she had nothing prepared to ask me and essentially just went through my resume and asked me to explain everything. I found it to be completely unprofessional and it led to me declining the offer.

My first interview was a recorded video in which I was given 30 seconds to form response to a question and then about a minute to record my answer. The timing was very quick but the questions were pretty standard for recorded interviews.

Question 1
Q: Describe a project in which you had to overcome a challenge.
I applied online. I interviewed at SiriusXM (New York, NY)
Interview
First I had a digital Hireview, then met with my team and was asked fairly standard interview questions, then was reached out to by HR and was emailed an offer which I accepted
I applied online. I interviewed at SiriusXM (Irving, TX) in Mar 2021
Interview
First I had to make 7 or 9 recordings on HireVue answering some basic questions such as my interest in the position, what I knew about SiriusXM, and why I felt I was a good fit for the position. After that, I received an email from a recruiter scheduling a Zoom interview with the position manager. I thought it was cool to have the second interview with the actual manager instead of with an HR person or the recruiter. The Zoom interview was fairly informal and was a great experience to learn more about the position, ask questions, and get to know the manager better. Finally, after a few weeks, I received a phone call with an offer for one of about 7 positions I applied for. Overall, a good experience! SiriusXM is friendly and excited to have me this summer, and I couldn't be more excited to work with them!
