I applied online. In a week or so, I got a phone call, that turned out to be a screening process. After that I was told that if my credentials fit, I would receive further word. Got an e-mail about a week or 2 later for an interview. Arrived a bit late, but the interviewer was very understanding. Super relaxed interview...easy and funny questions...took about 30 minutes. About a month later I got an e-mail offering me the position (the famed "Intern Recruiter" no longer works there)
