Interview
Spoke with one VP and one director. Both were extremely friendly and personable. There weren't any real technical questions. Although they wanted to know if I had done my research on the company and the position and what I would be most interested in doing.
The process is pretty bad. Reached out by a recruitor on linkedin, and then scheduled a time to chat. The recruitor transcribed our meeting and I tell him that I prefer not to transcribe nor record the meeting. And he terminated the conversation. If you don't want to be recorded or transcribed your interview, please don't talk to them or start the conversation. It is a waste of time
The recruiter would call and email at all hours of the night and weekend in an attempt to schedule me for interviews ASAP. After 4 interviews, I was ghosted. Not sure how this company goes from foaming at the mouth, to disrespecting people’s time. Would not recommend.
