You arrive to the Call center located in Irving Texas as you walk in the main door there is a reception desk with a phone you then dial the EXT number to have someone come and get you to go to the interview room you then sit with the interviewer and they ask you how you heard of the job opening, how you know the person who referred you, ask you if you know any info about the company. Then go over your specialties, and skills.

Very odd interview experience. During the 45+ minute zoom interview, the interviewer never turned on his camera once. By the end of the interview I was basically offered a job, then never heard back with an offer or rejection.
Unprofessional interviews refect the company in a negative way. There were so many red flags with this process that I would not have accepted an offer.
