Applied in LinkedIn, then I have been contacted after 3 weeks,I received an email and arranged a telephone interview after 2 weeks, had 30 mins interview with local HR and never received a feedback from her

The recruiter didn't provide any specific information and she seems to be not well informed about the role and the value business strategy of the company. HR didn't ask something specific because she seemed a bit lost. Sent a follow up mail and never received a feedback from her, not the best representation for a company...
