The interview process was straightforward. First, a phone screen with the recruiter, then a virtual interview with the director/hiring manager. After the second interview, I was invited to do an on-site interview at the company headquarters in Charlotte, NC, where I interviewed and interacted with 6 other team members and followed-up with a final 1-on-1 interview with the director. Overall, it was an efficient and streamlined process that took place over the course of 3-4 weeks. I was a shoe-in for the role, however, the company unfortunately restructured and the position was no longer needed.
