Would you object the Sixt family doing the decision making?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sixt (Munich, Bavaria) in Jul 2023
Interview
First interview was with HR, pretty standard. Although they asked me to speak german, even though the job did not mention any german language requirement. The second interview was a bit awkward. The interviewer spoke 40 minutes about the company. He could only ask 2-3 questions and we ran out of time. Post interview was even more awkward, I got a phone call from their HR, asking me to give feedback about their interviewer. They didn't even tell me if there are any next steps, what feedback they have for me, no, they wanted feedback for their interview process during an ongoing interview process. I refused and lost my interest.
