The interview process was straightforward and conversational. We discussed my previous work experience, the projects I had worked on, and my responsibilities. They also asked questions to understand how I collaborate with others and whether I would be a good fit as a team player within the office.

Interview
Get the interview notice through HR after a week of sending my resume and portfolio. Met with two director/principle level architects, asked some general questions, went through the portfolio, and some specific questions regarding professional experience.
