The interview process was less formal than expected. It was more focused on getting to know each other on a personal level than evaluating technical capabilities. While you may interview for one office, all locations are in communication and you may receive an offer elsewhere.

How did you decide to pursue structural engineering?
Submitted resume both in school career fair and online, and then got a telephone interview. Mainly focused on past intern experience and school project experience. The interview last about half an hour. Just a telephone interview.
