A phone interview followed by a 1:1 interview with the manager followed by assistant manager. A tour is typically included as well as a realistic picture of what goes on behind the scenes. 2 interviews total. One with the location manager and one with the Director of the company. After my first interview, I was scheduled to come back for a second. Then I did "a day in the life" of an administrative assistant. The reasoning behind this working interview was to see if the environment was a fit for me and if they thought I was a fit for them. It helped me see the responsibilities and challenges.
