First had a phone interview, then met the clinic manager, then met the regional manager, then finally met the VP of operations. They truly look to find hard-working, genuine, and caring people to bring into the company. At each step of the way, it was clearer and clearer that they really care for their employees and only want to set them up for success. Questions were straightforward. You don’t need to know it all, you just need to make a strong effort.
