First step included filling out an online form, writing a cover letter and completing some online tests (very easy).
Next round was a 30-min telephone interview. The HR lady was really nice and had lot's of questions prepared, but also really listened to my answers and came up with extra questions. Questions included the usual (tell me about yourself, what is something that you would like to improve about yourself, why LSG, why a graduate scheme, etc.), and questions about cultural sensitivity, how I handled certain situations, etc.
After this I received an email that my interview was positive, yet 2 weeks later they told me I wouldn't go to the final assessment round in Frankfurt.
